By training one-on-one, you get all the attention - which will help you achieve your fitness goals in less time and without injury.  Your training plan is customized and individualized for you;  tailored around your fitness level, goals, and the time you have available to fit your training into life.  Suzworks goes by these simple principles:

You have a stylist cut your hair.  You have a mechanic fix your car. You have a doctor guide your healthcare. You have an investment banker manage your money. Suzworks personal training can be done one-on-one, with a buddy, or in a small group.  Clients train outdoors and inside at The Center (Tenley Circle, DC), or both.
